    I have suffered from anxiety in the past and when you are experiencing such it seems as if you are pretty much powerless nd under its control.

    From my experience anxiety is caused by three things: attempting to avoid something – usually something happening inside

    Dealing with stressful situations that are perceived to be dangerous.

    And thirdly because of something we are ingesting or not ingesting through the food and drink we consume and anything else that can be considered a consumable.

    Out of all of these there is one commonality and that is they are all rooted in perception. Our perception of the outer or inner situation.

    The outer situation obviously being the way we interpret whats happening around us and likewise whatever we are doing inside ourselves in the form of mential imagery self talk etc. And also how we perceive and respond to certain substances/foodstuffs we are consuming.
